Policies & Procedures

 All policies, procedures and the release form must be accepted online when you begin each season. Please be sure to provide us with a current email address. Please click the link to accept.

Class Placement is determined by ability and experience. All student will be evaluated within the first few weeks of classes to ensure that their level placement is appropriate for their development. All level placements are subject to approval of the Director and Faculty.

Attendance is required to all classes to ensure proper technical advancement. If a student cannot participate fully we encourage them to observe if possible. Classes are not transferable and there are no refunds for classes missed for any reason. In the case of absence, please call the office and leave a message with your reason for absence prior to class time.

Make-up Classes due to illness may be scheduled on a space available basis. Missed make-ps Gymnastics may not be carried over to a future session. Missed make-up classes may not be rescheduled. Dance make-up classes may only be taken only till the first of the year.

Class Cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced via our voicemail system and website.

Observation is welcome at all times.

 

Remember we learn by watching, listening and trying. Do not be afraid to ask questions!

Gymnastic

Dress Code

Girls: Leotard and bare feet; Long hair must be tied back.

Boys: T-shirt and shorts or sweat pants and bare feet

For your convenience, we carry gymnastics leotards of various sizes and styles.

Etiquette

  • Staff and students only in gym.

  • Please no street shoes on gym floor.

  • There will be no shouting up to, or down from the balcony. Please help us keep students focused on their classes.

  • Please no photography or videography.

  • No food (including chewing gum) or drink is allowed in gym.

  • No jewelry.

  • Please be on time for class.

TUITION is based on a 32 week season and is not  adjusted due to absence. There additional days built in  for make-ups due to inclement weather cancellations. Any additional days cancelled will be made up.

DANCE RECITAL REQUIREMENTS 

• All dancers will require one costume per dance  class that they attend.. Approx $65 each. 

• Costume bills will be distributed in January with all  payments due in full by January 30th

• Information packets with all requirements will be  available in early spring.
